1 . Is There Anything To Set Up Once Machine Arrives ?
No, Just Plug In Machine And it Is Ready To Use. Nothing At All To Set Up.
2. How Long Does It Take For A Game To Be Shipped?
We Build All Our Games To Order.This Process Usually Takes From 5 To 7
Days . And Are Then Set up,Tested And Shipped.
3. What Shipping Company Do We Use?
We Use Fed Ex Ground With Full Insurance In The Event Shipping Damage Occurs
4. Do The Options Add To Finish Time.
No ,None Of Our Options Require Any Additional Wait Time To Receive Your Machine.
5 . Do I Get A Warranty ?
Yes, All Our Machines Come With A 30 Day Warranty
6. Can More Games Be Added ?
No, We Use Actual Arcade Circuit Boards That Are Programmed From The Manufacture
Specifically For The Games Listed For Each Version Machine We Sell.
7. How Thick Is The Wood In Our Cabinets.
We Build Our Cabinet From 1/2 Plywood, Similar To Many Classic Games Manufactures
Such As Nintendo & Sega.We Then Texture Paint Them
And Add 4 Coats Of Black Latex Exterior Grade Paint.
8. Are There Any Other Trim Color Choices ?
At This Time We Only Offer 3 Trim Color Choices, Red, Yellow, & Black, But Will Be Adding
More In The Future.
9.What Are The Dimensions Of These Machines
Height = 61"
Width = 23"
Depth = 25"
Weight = Approx. 110 Lbs
10. Are There Any Used Or Refurbished Components Used In these Games ?
No , We Only Use Brand New Components And Materials To Construct Our Machines.
11. How Thick Is The monitor Glass ?
We Use 3/16 Tempered Safety Glass For our Monitor Glasses .
12. Where Can I Find Parts For My Machine If I Ever Need Them?
We Sell A Full Line Of Parts For All Of Our Machines (Excluding The Monitor)
13. Are There Any other Cabinet Style Choices ?
At This Time We Are Only Offering The Cabaret Style Cabinet , But Will Be Adding Other

14. Are These The Same Machines Sold On Other Sites Or In Retail Stores?
No, We Design And Build All Of Our Machines One At a Time, No Mass Produced Or Import

Yes Just The Same As A Home PC ,Surge Protection Should Be Used To Prevent Damage
