Returns
At East Coast Arcade your satisfaction is important to us. All items sold can be returned for 30 days after purchase ,excluding parts which are final sale. All returns must be in new or like new condition and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Before returning any item please e-mail eastcoastarcade@hotmail.com to obtain an RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the box. Packages without a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges including packing. Additionally shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

East Coast Arcade Builders game units and parts are designed to be used by experienced hobbyist. They have not be tested by the Underwriter’s Laboratory and therefore, should not be left running unattended or for long periods of time. We have conducted limited internal testing on all products, however we take no responsibility for damages caused by improper use. These units are not ergonomically safe and should not be used for extended periods of time with out a break.
By placing an order with East Coast Arcade Builders, a customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated by this website. By placing an order at eastcoastarcade.com, a customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale and authorized East Coast Arcade Builders to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. We reserve the right to replace any item or part with an equal or better product at our discretion.
East Coast arcade Builders attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing. However, we can not guarantee that the product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, East Coast Arcade Builders shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. East Coast Arcade Builders reserves the right to refund payment if parts,components or supplies are unavailable or on back order.
Shipping rates may not be valid for rural areas or destinations considered beyond points by our shipper. In the event that an item cannot be shipped for the shipping fee collected East Coast Arcade Builders will offer the customer the option of paying an additional shipping fee or a provide complete refund.
Delivery does not include inside delivery or setup. Drivers will not delivery up stairs or to any location they deem unsafe. Delivery is normally made to a garage or front door. Driver has the option of delivering just outside the front door. The customer is responsible for ensuring save movement of the arcade after delivery.
Jurisdiction and Venue
You agree that any legal action brought against East Coast Arcade Builders shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any litigation arising from your use of, or orders made on the eastcoastarcade.com site shall be an appropriate federal or state court located in Marion county, Florida.
Warranty
All Machines are shipped Fed Ex Ground from East Coast Arcade Builders facilities (Ocala FL.). The customer MUST open and inspect the arcade before signing for the delivery. In the event that any machine arrives damaged the customer must note the damage on the air bill, next to the customer's signature. Additionally, in the event of a damaged shipment the customer must open a claim with the shipper within 1 business day and cooperate with the claim process in a timely manner. Unless otherwise stated all Machines ( Not Parts) come with a 30 day warranty. All issues with items that have a manufacture’s warranty must be handled by the manufacturer. East Coast Arcade Builders will not warrantee these items or work with the manufacturer on the customer’s behalf.
